helloo all,,

just found out that my wife received packet 4 this friday ...finally the moment is here...but the interview is a bit late ( on august 23 ) I wanted something earlier :)

my wife is kind of happy to have the interview in august, so that she can get her indian clothes shopppping done :blink:

I was just happy to know that she fianlly received the letter in the mail given that packet 3 never made it her house :wacko:

5/10/2007 -- NVC recieved case (finally, after 3 weeks)

6/15/2007 -- wife received packet 4

8/23/2007 -- INTERVIEW DATE wohooooo + got K3 visa on 23rd :)

9/03/2007 -- sweetheart is here in US

AOS - EAD

9/17/2007 -- AOS/EAD package sent to chicago lock box

9/26/2007 -- NOA 1s for 485 & EAD

10/1/2007 -- biometrics appt letter received

10/13/2007 -- fingerprinting....speed it up guys..

11/28/2007 -- card production ordered - EAD

03/04/2008 -- final interview for greeen card :)

2007-02-15 -- NOA1 for I130 from California Service Center.

2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

2007-05-18 -- I-130 and I-129F approved!!!! Dear God, thank you very much. You are the greatest!!

2007-05-22 -- I-130 and I-129F approval notice recieved in mail

2007-05-29 -- Case received at NVC and case number assigned.

2007-05-31 -- Case left NVC to chennai consulate

2007-06-14 -- packet 4 mailed by the consulate

2007-06-19 -- Packet 4 recieved

2007-06-25 -- Submitted documents at VFS office, Hyderabad

2007-07-09 -- Medical

2007-07-12 -- Interview at 9am approved!!!

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate
