Clerical error/typo of I-693 - What should we do??

My wife and I are about to mail in our AOS application tomorrow (she's an F1 OPT living in the U.S.). We just noticed on her copy of the I-693 form that the doctor's office has a typo on the street address. They basically added an extra "1" (e.g. instead of our address being 12 main street, they entered in 112 main street). We are planning to attach a few sentences on a separate piece of paper explaining the error in our packet, and place it directly before the actual I-693 sealed form. The alternate would be to ask for the doctor's office to provide us with another sealed version....but considering the typo nature of this mistake, that seems like a waste of resources during these times. At the same time, we don't want to get an RFE for this. Has anyone had similar experiences with typos and what were the results (RFEs, etc.)?
