Advance Parole

Hello.

Does anyone know how long do we have to wait untul we can file an advance parole form. Can i file it as soon as my fiance gets here or do i have to wait until we are married?

The next question is how long usually until the parole is granted?

And is there a time limit on how long she can stay out of the country.?

In order to apply for AP, you must wait until after you are married. You can submit the AP application along with the AOS application, but you cannot submit the AP application before the AOS application.

It usually takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 months for AP approval.
