Mine closed down and emergencies are routed elsewhere. They were able to donate their ppe to the local hospital.

    It's not so bad. My wife was bugging me today so I fake coughed a couple of times and she ran to the other room and shut the door. Free time for me now until dinner.

Emergencies and urgent care only.  I'm going in and just doing mornings, much of which is reorganizing and throwing out stuff hidden in drawers that needed to be done anyway.  

Our Governor ordered that all hygiene and non-emergency work be delayed until after May 8.  

Got a call about an hour ago from a lady that dropped and broke her lower denture in half.  I'll be working on that tomorrow.  Lately it's just been tooth aches, gum infections, and sharp broken teeth.

Actually been thinking that it's a great time to head to the Keys for at least a full week.  The weather is perfect and I never have a chance to get away that long this time of year.  No crowds on the roads or in the Keys as they have closed down all motels and hotels.  They do have a check point entering and you must prove you are a resident or home owner.  I'll have to carry my tax bill with me.  

 

Other problem is my wife's daughter and family including 2 little ones (a good reason to get up and go to work each morning even if we have no patients!).  Might have trouble getting them in to the Keys in a separate car.

Gov. Bill Lee to issue 'safer at home' order, close non-essential businesses

Gov. Bill Lee on Monday will issue a statewide order closing non-essential businesses and telling Tennesseans to stay home in an effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus, according to three people with knowledge of the decision.

The "safer at home" order enacts similar restrictions put in place by mayors in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville and governors in more than 20 other states. In recent days, some smaller cities in Tennessee have also implemented such orders.

"This is not a mandated 'shelter in place' order, because it remains deeply important to me to protect personal liberties," Lee said at a Monday afternoon news briefing.

The order takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday and lasts through April 14, during which time only essential businesses are to continue operating and residents are to stay home "as much as possible," per Executive Order 22, which was filed Monday with the Tennessee Secretary of State's office.

1.  Move into your office and escape the menagerie.

2.  Go to the Keys alone with the menagerie following, watch them get turned back, then enjoy the peace/quiet.

I'm so confused, and maybe it's the fact that I skipped a proper lunch and am waiting on sushi to be delivered and I had a biggish glass of wine, but is it possible to plagiarize prospectively?

I think there will be a rise in suicides unfortunately.  Right now people have lost their jobs and were living paycheck to paycheck.  I am sure right now many people are wondering how to buy food, pay their rent, keep their utilities on.  People have to stay inside.  Anxiety is everywhere.  And that is just a sad fact of what will happen.  

 

But you can't compare suicide to Covid-19.  Suicide is a choice.  Getting sick with the coronavirus is something that happens to us.  Dying from the coronavirus is something that happens to us.  We get no choice there.  We do however have the choice to take all the precautions we can.  My job offered us  the choice to keep working or take some time off.  I have underlying health conditions so I choose to stay home.  However, my husband works in a hotel and comes in contact with many people.  So is he bringing it home to me?  Maybe.  So we are even social distancing at home as much as possible.
