I saw a clip of the show on "The Soup" when the 20 year olds are making fun of the 40 year olds.. stuff about wrinkles and hot flashes etc.... I guess they don't realize that they are going to get old one day... :blink:

I don't really like Mark Philipoussis (and I have no idea if I am spelling that right). I think he's not really into any of the women there, and can barely feign interest in them. He totally cut that one girl (Mary?) off at the daycare when she was in the middle of a sentence.

I really liked Lynn. I'm kind of glad she didn't get picked, though, because it means she can go out and try to find someone who will be better for her, unlike the women who remain, who seem to be pinning all of their hopes on this one guy.

All in all though, very trashy, entertaining television for the slow summer season.

Totally agree that even this show becomes entertaining because of the overall slowness of summer season!!! I miss LOST! I miss the Bachelor, I miss my TV!

Seriously, you have to conect with the person looking for love to feel anything for these shows and Mark just comes off as rough. He seems really genuine but not very interested...And I'm not a fan of the host (is he Kelly Ripa's husband)???

As for the 20s, I understand that editing makes it seem that all they do is slag of the 40s, but really...there are many things one can put off, but not Mother Nature - wrinkle cream and UV protection can only do so much - they too are going to age and will one day be horrified that they made such nasty, ageist comments!!!

I can't believe I'm watching the show - but I am - I'm desperate!!!

Anyone still watching this???

Mark Phillipousis is so GD boring!!!! I don't think he is attractive in the slightest, and I think only Amanda actually has real feelings for him. SO I hope he picks her in the end.

I think the show could have been good, if the star wasn't such a drag.
