This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case onwards to your Embassy. Contained in the PDF below are many tips, tricks, and hacks to help you along the way.

These are items that everyone asks for, so I thought I did post a PDF of them here for you to refer to when it's necessary. If you are new to this thread, please read as these are the most asked questions multiple times.

Hello.  Thanks for all you do for us here.  Looks like we might get some movement in Warsaw in the near future...so I thought I would check in with you to see if you have a new/updated P3 example from them?  Thanks!

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

After all of these months, her interview is scheduled for a week from today! We are not plaintiffs in the Milligan vs. Pompeo case. Despite what their website says, Moldova has resumed K-1 processing.

We did schedule our own. We got packet 3 within a week of the "Ready" status, hoped into the website, and grabbed a slot. She had her medical this past Monday and picks up her results packet this coming Monday. Interview Thursday!

I think there are few more steps such as change of status from in transit to ready before we can do anything

Each embassy is different. You need the P3 letter for your embassy to further understand the next steps. What Germany or UK does can and is different from India. I have seen those who have not read their P3 cause undo delays in the processing of their visa. Read the PDF on the first page, first post where I talk about all the different steps you will see and will need to respond to.

From U.S. Visas (state.gov) link it states that Inia is still closed to processing visas. If your query returns 999 it signifies that they are not processing visas.  So, there is a conflict that needs your further attention and that is, IS the embassy processing K-1 visas. Check their website for further details. Also, you should become part of the conversation in your sub-forum for your country/regions. Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.  This is where others from your country and opining about the process with real "boots" on the ground information. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

A few weeks ago, you said that you don't have a P3 example from Moldova. I noticed the one on here is from 2016. Do you want a copy of ours? The one from 2016 is significantly outdated - for example, it says to bring documents to the embassy the week before the interview. The current one says no such thing: bring them *to* the interview.
