This might be a silly question, but is there some type of "Igor's List" for NVC numbers? I found it helpful to check that every so often during the NOA 1 to NOA2 Stage to see people getting good news, so just checking about this step. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not that I know of we just post when we get case numbers and look at each other’s timelines. If you look at other posts its kind of random. I got approved on the 9th and got my case number before people who were approved on the 1st. It varies for everyone.

There is no list like Igor's for NVC case numbers. You just must continue to monitor what those in this thread are experiencing.

No, Pristina is still under lockdown with a few restrictions being lifted. Hopefully, by the end of this month, or early June things will ease up and embassies will reopen. That is when we should expect for our petitions to be mailed.

Hang in there. I would suggest that you keep calling at least once a week. I received news that my petition was received last week. I am sure you will hear similar news soon.

Thank you! Will do!

We called today and today’s the 6th week. So now we have to email them. 😢

Just wanted to do an update here, to give some hope.

NOA2 date: 26/03

We called on our 6th week last week and there were no record, was told to email them.

Got a reply today (13/05) by email that they received our petition.

We will give them a call by end of this week to get the number, just for them to have a little buffer in assigning the petition to a case number :)

It'll come soon for those who are still waiting!

Spoke with the NVC today...theoretically our case should have shipped out yesterday to Santiago. But the woman told me that they are not making any shipments right now to embassies. I asked her if it was due to the pandemic or the recent Executive Order (because the Consulate in Santiago is open) and she told me that they stopped making shipments because of COVID, prior to the EO. However, about 2 weeks ago the woman I spoke with who gave me our case number told me they WOULD be shipping our case once it was processed. It seems like no one is on the same page at the Consulate or NVC, but it appears as if we are all at the same standstill once we've made it to the NVC. I think they're all as confused as we are...

this is my 7th week. I have a case number on 15th April and it supposed to be shipped by April 28 but Status keep showing "At NVC". looks like NVC stopped shipping to consulates.

Sorry about that , we are all in the same boat at it is ...Stuck at NVC. As @CnE2019 correctly stated we all waiting at NVC. I also reached out to NVC myself and posted the link below in the December 2019 I-129f (K1) Filers.

About 2 weeks ago they stopped the shipments. So, lady No. 1 was correct and not confused as at that time the best information she had she extended it to you. When lady No. 2 gave you her information, it was the current information at this time. She was correct because no one is reporting that their cases were shipped to the embassy. The reasoning for the files not shipping to the embassies is my guess that they do not have the staff to process any incoming files. Nothing is moving till the embassies begin to open. Stay connected to your embassy's website for further direction. Good luck and stay engaged.

They stopped shipping two weeks ago. This is the second shipping date that was missed. Nothing will happen till the embassies reopen. Stay connected with your embassy's website for further details.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Sure I will upload it as soon as I receive my P3

Hi MMM3!

Just to let you know, there's no P3 for the embassy in Tegucigalpa. My fincé (USC) received the following email (02/28/2020) and nothing more:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Sirs,

Please be advised that we received an approved I-129F petition for the above-mentioned applicant. Please make sure you fill out Form DS-160 for each applicant included in the Petition. A different and unique barcode will be generated for each form you fill out. This barcode is required to book the appointment. Additionally, a payment of USD265 will be needed for each applicant, as well.

Before your Immigrant Visa Interview at the U.S. embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, all Immigrant visa applicants are strongly encouraged to:

  • Read the instructions available in our website Travel.State.gov. Be prepared to bring all required documentation for the interview. Spanish instructions are available here. Please keep this information handy for quick reference later, as needed.
  • Complete your medical exams prior to the visa interview.

Regards,

Thank you for the heads up!

I don't have the P3 letter for your embassy. What I do have is various places that you should use in the preparation of the interview. These are all official online tools to use. If and when you do get your P3, would you please DM me where we can discuss how you can get a copy to me so I can help others that come behind you.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.
