Can I submit more document after filing my I130?

Hi,

I submitted my I130 on April 24, 2019. I finished the form and I thought I submitted all document. On the checklist of I130, there's one call "Evidence of the bona fides of the marriage, if petitioning for a spouse". Since my wife lives aboard, we do not have any joint ownership property, so I thought a marriage certificate would be enough. Then my friend told me that we might need more evidence to prove the marriage is legit. I realized that I might not provide enough document. So, I added my wife's name on the car title for joint ownership property. Is there anyway that I can mail out additional document while my case is still pending?

My case recently got transferred to a local office, It's been two weeks but I still haven't received the hard copy notice. I do not know where my case is now.

What should I do now? Help please.

Since you are just at the I130 stage right now, I would not worry about it.  When your case moves to consular processing through NVC, you can upload all the additional information to prove the marriage.  Gather everything you have and when it reaches that stage you will be ready.

Good Luck!

A local office?  I doubt it went to a local office.   More likely a different service center.   At this point probably just hold tight and wait
