I love my Man

It's amazing how in love I am. I can't believe that it's happening to me ... I can't believe that someone could love me as much as my baby, James, does. God has truly blessed me with a wonderful man. Distance has so much potential to ruin relationships, to tear people apart ... but our relationship only gets better with every passing day. James and I are so in love with each other and the distance only makes us appreciate each other more; it only strengthens our love. He is the most wonderful man I have ever known ... the way he knows my soul he knows my thoughts ... my wants and needs he knows everything. He is so thoughtful and kind; his heart is so good that it brings tears to my eyes. He gives me strength to do anything and everything I want or need to do. He is my encouragement and reassurance. James is the reason my heart beats; I fully believe we were put here, on this earth, to be together. It's been hard to be apart at times, but I know that our love will see us through this until we can be together the way we want to be. We love each other so much more than most people get to experience. James I love you more than anything in the whole world and I can't wait to spend my life with you! Everyday that passes that I get to be loved by you is a blessing I will never know how to explain. Someone once told me that you know you've found the right person when forever goes from being too long to not being long enough ... that is the way I feel about you.:innocent:

No, I spent all my time and money (not to mention energy) on getting him his permanent residence, and moving to be with him, (insert the other sacrifices I've made) because I don't love him.

I'm wondering...what the heck kind of question this is.

this is the way the world ends

this is the way the world ends

this is the way the world ends

not with a bang but a whimper

I wanna know who's gonna answer 'no' to your quezzie... :D

Hee hee. I want to say "no" just for kicks and giggles...

No really, don't we all feel exactly that way or we wouldn't be here?! Since I have plenty of time on my hands to think and "plan" a wedding (one that has no date yet) I have been searching for appropriate quotes. We have a selection of sweet, awww, funny, ironic, etc quotes regarding love and also long-distance relationships that we are putting on cards on the tables for the reception (it's open seating so this is in place of name cards). Anyway, my favorite one is also most appropriate for this post:

That is the true season of love, when we believe that we alone can love, that no one could ever have loved so before us, and no one will love in the same way after us ~Goethe

Well, let's say I'm having fun planning details. We're getting married at a friend's house, so at least I don't have to worry about the time or expense to book a place.

But I still have a year, so I suppose I may be starting just a bit too early?

Good luck on the dress shopping :) That's the best part I think, because you can buy it whenever you want.

It's nice to read topics like this - I feel the same way!!

I'm so happy to be with my husband every day. Those of us who were separated during the process understand this even more. I'm super duper in love with my man and know he feels the same way.

Just thinking about how he left everything to move to the U.S. to be with me makes me feel special and loved. He did not want to move here in the beginning, but he did and now he's very pleased with his decision.
