We won't be getting the stimulus checks due to our 2019 / 2018 income.

 

I, the USC spouse, just my job. Spouse is a LPR pending Removal of Conditions app. 

 

I want to claim unemployment insurance in NJ, but hoping it doesn't affect my non-citizen spouse's ROC application or citizenship application.

I don't see how it could.  Unemployment insurance is not public benefit.......and public charge doesn't affect ROC or citizenship.....

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

hello guys,

hope you are all well anf fine.

i just want to ask , i just arrived one months ago with bith my wife and daughter to the US.

My wife was about to star  work at a place and got approved but was delayed because of the corona outbreak, and i have started studying for real estate.

now are we entitled to any claim of goverment benefits?

we have received the social security card but the green card has not yet arrived since it takes 3 month.

any help would be appreciated.
