1. Since you're on a CR1 category, you don't need the I-134, what you need is the I-864 (Affidavit of Support) forms.

2. CXR is not needed at USEM interview. You may have to bring that on your flight to the US. Some POE Immigration Officer will get the CXR plates and most don't need it.

3. For the Telephone bills: just need to bring few of them that shows the details that you and your petitioner have been calling each other (should be atleast more than 3 minutes per call), no need to bring the envelop.

4. If you have cards/snail mails, then the envelop is needed, because they sometime would like to see the "stamped date" on it.

5. Police Clearance (from other Countries) is only needed at the interview if you spent more than 6 months in that Country. If you have not left the Philippines, then NBI clearance will suffice.

6. About the CENOMAR-> There are 2 CENOMARS-> if you requested one at NSO before you were married then what they will give you is the CRS Form No. 4 (CENOMAR) which will state that you have no records in their marriage data base. If you requested after your marriage, what they will give you is the CRS Form No. 5 (Advisory on Marriages) which will state the dtae and place of marriage and the names of the bride and groom. USEM are not consistent with their interview process, some were asked for their CENOMAR, but mostly USEM requests this themselves at NSO, and that takes about 10 working days to process. And this is sometimes the reason why some applicants were placed on AR after their interview, because USEM is still doing CENOMAR checks.

7. For the other requirements to bring for the interview, the Appointment packet have the lists on what to bring (same things you had submitted to NVC). Then bring other documents that will prove "Bonafide Relationship" with the petitioner.

Good Luck!
