Hi everyone!

we filed our package on 02/22/2020 to Chicago Lockbox which was received and signed by J. Harper.

Until today, we haven't received a NOA or a receipt number (others that have filed around the same time have been getting their replies).

I reached out to the Lockbox Support via e-mail, also no response. Tried calling them twice and they didn't see anything in the system.

We are getting pretty nervous now, has anyone gone through the same thing or any advice?

We emailed them last week after calling and being told to send an email..

Not much solace,  but lockbox support can take up to 30 days

YMMV
