COVID19 cancelation

Hello,

I have received email from VJ asking if COVID19 has impacted my immigration case and asking to update my timeline. Yes COVID19 has impacted my immigration case and yes I have updated my timeline.
My wife and I were disappointed to learn that the USCIS Fresno field office was closed 3/18/2020, 2 days before our scheduled 3/20/2020 interview.
To date (3/23/2020) we have not received any official communication from USCIS notifying us that our interview was canceled or that it will be rescheduled. The only information we have received is what was posted on the USCIS office closings website which says “USCIS domestic field offices will send notices to applicants and petitioners with scheduled appointments and naturalization ceremonies impacted by this closure.”

Has anyone out there received a communication letter in the mail regarding cancellation and/or rescheduling of their AOS interview?

When should we expect to be notified by mail?

Thanks in advance for your help.

No rescheduling can occur until they know a reopen date.

USCIS communicates officially by mail

YMMV

All USCIS offices are closed.  No one is having interviews for the time being.

I am trying to determine if USCIS have/will send letters in the mail to indicate AOS appointments were canceled, or will we continue to read about it on their website?

I would continue to refer to the website for info.  Things change quickly.
