HI Everyone,

I need help with my situation. I am currently in the US with a TN status that expires June 8th 2020. I initially filed my AOS 90+ days before the TN expiration. But my application was returned as I had used an older version of the I-485 form. I have since updated my application and getting ready to send it. I just added a letter for EAD expedite request due to financial loss and circumstances (my wife is currently pregnant and under my health benefits). I probably will have to do it again later I suppose.

Once I apply I am well less than 90 days. My work is more than willing to renew my contract and do whatever is needed to help me out. What do y'all advice I do? I need the money and the health benefits from work as the baby due date is July 13th, 2020.

Thanks in advance for the advice.
