Hi, I am currently in India for a family emergency with an Emergency travel document issued by local USCIS office Valid till April 11, 2020. I had my return ticket booked for April 8, 2020 directly from New Delhi to SanFrancisco. Because of situation due to Coronavirus Airports are shut down in India and not sure when they will resume operation normally. My flight has also been cancelled. What can I do in this case? I just spoke to USCIS Contact center but they said they can’t do anything and suggested me to speak o CBP.

FYI my I-485 along with I-131 is still pending. Finger prints were taken about 3 months ago

Either find a way to get to the US before the travel document expires OR wait until the consulate opens and try to get a new document which I think is going to be very hard without the GC.  You may find that you will need to file for a spousal visa.

You aren't in the US so you will need to work with the consulate.

At this point your best bet is to work with the embassy. Be prepared to be holed up in India for a bit because embassies are closed for face to face interviews and the coronavirus tsunami is just getting warmed up in India.

As @Paul & Mary alluded to, barring some extraordinary good luck or general waiver from government you may be looking at a spousal visa application.

Good luck.
