We did declare the assets and debts, in addition to the yearly income, which is above the limit. No, we didn't have any problem accessing the IRS transcripts. You should be able to access it if you have SSN and address matches as per your recent filing(s).

Thank you for responding,

I have a SSN and the address that i used matches as per my recent filings. My F1 student status already expired. I don't know if my SSN was suspended. I will contact the IRS.

Thank you for you help. :)

I am the sponsor of my husband, and my income is well above the poverty line. I did NOT provide any assets info, neither mine nor my husband’s. Just my income, tax transcript, paystubs. And no, I did not have difficulty accessing the tax transcript on IRS site. Do you have an online account there? If you do, I don’t understand why it should be a problem.

Thank you for responding!

I am unable to create an account online. I have a SSN and my address matches the one that i used to file my taxes. I will contact IRS tomorrow.

Thank you for your help. :)

SSN is never suspended (I guess) or expired. I am a beneficiary spouse. I worked in 2007 on a work visa and then in 2016-17 on another visa, same SSN has been used all these years including AOS filing.

Hi!

My application was rejected for using the outdated version of the I-485. I have some difficulties why filing the form I-944. I hope someone will be able to answer my questions. My household income is above the poverty guide line. Should i still provide my household assets and resources ? Does someone also has difficulties accessing the tax transcript on IRS website?

Thanks in advance for our help!

My household income was above the poverty guide line but I included all my household assets (mainly bank accounts) as I figure it is better to be up front and include everything you can! I don't believe it will go against you if you don't include anything though. Also, I have had a lot of trouble trying to get my and my husbands tax transcripts online. I will get to a certain point where it will not allow me to go further (couldn't recognise husbands credit card number and said my phone number was not valid) so I had to get them over the phone!
