Contacting NVC

I got my I-797 approval notice on Jan 9th for family based green card. The letter advices that I will hear from NVC but haven't heard back from them. Contacting NVC by email has not been successful (no response) and cannot reach anyone by phone after calling multiple times at day at different times. I used their phone no 603-334-0700 option 7 (other questions)

 

How can I find out if NVC has received my application and go forward.

Mine was approved January 6th and i received the welcome letter my email Fabruary 27th, call NVC 50 times un a row and on one of the calls you Will hear a diffrent message, thats what works and be prepared to wait, i had to wait 2 hours. Blessings!

Did you use the same phone no and option 7?

I called and was on hold for 2 hours before someone answered my questions about my case. I used option 7.

When I try and call and select option 7, I get the message "You may wish to visit our website at nvc.state.gov, goodbye" and then the system hangs up on me 😩

Update:  I kept calling and eventually I did get a different message that put me on hold.  I was on hold about 20min before talking to a very nice guy.  My case was received, but it still being input into the system.....
