Just noticed the latest processing times update, but unlike the previous updates there isn't a listing for I-130 for spouses.

Anyone know why?

Only one I-130 category is listed with a March 15, 2006 update.

06/13/2007 ----- RFE accepted in Laguna Niguel; signed by V. Semegi

06/21/2007 ----- UPDATE - Response to RFE received; Case processing resumed

07/09/2007 ----- APPROVAL NOTICE SENT !!!

07/23/2007 ----- NVC starts case processing

10/16/2007 ----- CASE COMPLETE !!! ...Finally

10/25/2007 ----- CASE FORWARDED TO MUMBAI !!!

12/04/2007 ----- INTERVIEW PACKET !!!

01/24/2008 ----- VISA GRANTED!!!............PASSPORT IN HAND !!! :)

01/30/2008 ----- ARRIVAL TO U.S !!! :)

12/30/2009 ----- I-751 sent

it means they are done with all I-130 for spouses.I mean they finished the progress for all of them ;) .you will get a letter from them telling you if your case was approved within 2 to 4 weeks.

it means they are done with all I-130 for spouses.I mean they finished the progress for all of them ;) .you will get a letter from them telling you if your case was approved within 2 to 4 weeks.

Processing times for I-130 for spouses is listed in the Nebraska Services Center's processing time with a date of 9-14-06. Do you think they are planning to transfer the I-130's to Nebraska?

I-130 Approved : 06-06-2007

NVC Received : 06-20-2007

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 07-09-2007

Pay I-864 Bill : 07-10-2007
