That means Philippines already lifted the ban on international flight! Or was there no ban at all?

Philippines just ban some country and USA is not included to the ban. And also USA don’t included Philippines on their bans.

Our K1Petition is stuck at New Hampshire’s NVC. We already received our NOA2 in March and it expired on July 4th. The Malaysian embassy is still not accepting face to face interview except for emergencies relating to US citizens. They said will resume soon. Sigh 😔 This was supposed to be the fastest route to be together 😭

Hello everybody, I have a few questions and concerns. My wife just received her expedited I-131 approval notice today but we have not done her biometrics yet. We were wondering if she will be able to leave the country as we have a flight on September 2nd. What is the process like after receiving the approval letter?

We spoke to a tier 2 officer today and she told us that she has expedited her biometrics request to the top of the list but couldn't promise us when we will get an appointment.

1. Can she leave with the approval notice and do her biometrics when she comes back into the country?

2. How long does it take to receive the actual travel document once the biometrics have been done?

Is she adjusting from a K1? You should check this thread instead. You'll find answers about adjusting status better than here https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-k1-and-k3-family-based-visas/
