omg lol, would make me laugh, so I am assuming amongst all of this that anything from USCIS regarding AP/EAD wouldn't be needed at the ROC interview as it would just be a hiccup in the system, and the next "proper" piece of paperwork from USCIS should be NOA1 for ROC.

Correct.

no I was asking as I am not certain if it will need to be taken to ROC interview, I'm not certain if it counts as a piece of the immigration journey, for the AOS interview had to take everything ever mailed to us from USCIS on immigration journey, so just within same reasoning not sure if need to take that since its from USCIS, so that's why I am asking.

Only copies of the GC are needed for ROC concerning prior immigration documents.

We haven't even started looking into any of the ROC documents needed or anything as we are taking a nice and well needed break from immigration prep,  have about at least 18 months before need to start getting ready for ROC, but not needing I-129F noa,noa2, or AP/EAD Noa1/Noa2, or I-485 Noa1/Noa2, and just needing the GC copy is nice.  But yeah, it's a good little while before we do the ROC, but we know it will be here before we know it.

I just saw someone in a Facebook group posting about the same thing, where she has already been approved for the AP and now still received a new i-797 saying they have received her i-131.

I'm thinking it's a glitch of some sort. Nothing to bother with.

No, you need to start prepping and getting ready for ROC from the day you get married. That means gathering and collecting every single evidence of bonafide marriage you can think of, that means creating evidence as early on as possible. For ROC they don't want to see the last 2 months before filing, they want evidence from the whole marriage.

Definitely, we have a binder we are putting joint evidence into as we get it, bills, anything with both names in it, anything that can be used as joint evidence.  What I meant as we aren't prepping for ROC yet, is looking into the exact specifics such as filling in the I-751 yet.  But you are definitely correct, and we are going to use all the joint evidence we had for AOS, put that into our joint evidence binder, and continue on from that date, and by the time of ROC interview we will have every piece of joint evidence possible.  Also we are scanning in every piece of joint evidence, and saving it into a joint evidence folder, printing out a copy, so we have copies of everything and its organized in a digital and physical manner.
