Relax, you can call if you want, you are not changing an address, you are updating a zip code.  The customer service rep will help you

Update:

 

We finally got our receipt number (NOA1) through text. Immediately after getting the text my Fiancee called USCIS to have the zipcode fixed (I was gonna fix it online through USCIS site but she insisted we call them).

 

Thankfully the USCIS rep said they are working from home, so there is no downtime in the processing of petitions from USCIS while this Covid virus is happening. So yeah, everything worked out fine.
