They've told me that they only concocted since my mom was desperate for a better life as a single mother and that they only did it cause they thought that if my mom were to marry a us citizen, it'll all be okay and that many did it before them (entering with Baklas Passport). I'm a devout Catholic that's why i do not approve of that. You might think that i married my wife for this purpose but keep in mind that i haven't done anything to fix this since we got married in 2015, it may seem naive but frankly I'm a coward since any mistake might lead to deportation and i don't think I'll survive if I'm without her, and my kid or kids (we are currently trying).

My mom said that my father is a British Man, a coward as he originally wanted to abort me, he had died in 2005, I look mostly Caucasian that's why they don't really assume that im an undocumented person as i blend in almost perfectly.

That would be one option.

Hi! Just an update, I already have my new Passport as well as the one we used in entering the US. I got my new passport through the consulate and help from a pro bono lawyer, the ids i presented were my CA Id, Student ID and my birth certificate. I didn't think it was right to bring the old passport (assumed identity) to the consulate but i still brought it but didn't present it. Regarding the AOS, Mh wife and lawyer filed an I-130 and other AOS Forms via Mail last April, received by USCIS in may 2 according to usps, No NOA or acknowledgement by uscis though, included with the I-130 was copies of the passport i used to enter, as well as the old Medical Documents dated March 2001 and the old I-94 as proof of my "inspected" entry. We had also placed an FOIA for our record based on the I-94 we used years back. That's all for now
