There are some people who came into this through different threads, so the whole needs to be read to get a good view.

I would have guessed the wrong gender as well.

Not sure why you would pay into SSS.

Your birth certificate is enough to prove you are a citizen.

This is the Passport i used back in 2001. Together with a departure card and an I94 under my cousin's name but my picture.

Your best path forward is to save up and hire an experienced immigration attorney, or find one willing to help you for free.  This is a very complicated case and it will be a long expensive process to become legal in the US.  I salute you for wanting to make this right, but the history of how you entered the US with a fake passport is going to be a big hurdle to overcome.  Others in similar situations have had to leave the US at some point in the process, you may have to spend some time in the Philippines.  Hopefully it will all work out in the end.  Good luck and best wishes to you and your family!

UPDATE: I've been in touch with a Lawyer and he contacted the Philippine Consulate here in Frisco through the emergency line. I can have my Filipino Passport, It would take 3 months or more due to the Corona Virus but nevertheless I'd just go to the Consulate in April and present my PSA Birth Certificate, UMID ID and my California License, then about my immigration problem since i still have the passport i used to enter, it can be used in my case to prove that i was "inspected" and that the "medical papers" i brought was admissable. We have prepared a FOIA request for the records in the name of the passport we used. I do hope that the offices will open up soon so my lawyer can submit the papers and so we'll know more, this is promising so I'm getting my hopes up. I treat this as destined miracle sin nce i found a law office amidst this california lockdown. and also, i might be exempt from the "Fraud" since i was only 5 when we entered using fraudulent passports however my mother is a different story since she basically "smuggled" me and her to the United States, overstayed and continuesly used an invalid and fraudelent SSN in working here in the US. Her SSN cointains the annotation of "Not Valid For Work without INS authorization"  and is named after the passport she used (my aunts). That's all for now.

My aunt might face charges too, I think it's called Accessory or sumn. Because she was aware and willing to help her sister(my mom) and me get to the US using documents that belonged to them. And did fraud by declaring the passports coitnaining my mom's and i's picture loss in order to get their own passports with their biometrics and name.
