An attorney can help with a bar.  You may be eligible for a waiver.  I think that depends on how they view entering on a passport not your own.

You have been married 5 years, how does your husband file taxes as a married couple if you do not have an SSN ?   Or is he filing as single?

I'm only 5 when i entered. But i'll bring up the "Waiver" with an attorney once times permits

That's another can of worms.  An ITIN does not extend legal status.

I speak very little tagalog. I was raised In San Fo, I studied Elementary, Middle, High School and College here. That's why im worried about coming back to the Philippines as i have not been there for 19 years

Walking to Mexico isn't the answer.    You can return to the Philippines from within the USA just as easily .. without having to learn Spanish

You could get work in a call center with ease in the Philippines because of how well you speak English.

I tried working "Under the Table" Jobs before, just to get by as life here is very hard and downright impossible without work. Well i do "part-time jobs" now like Cleaning, Baby Sitting and Others and they don't request for my Status and Documents. but i guess it's still illegal

I guess? Maybe i'll finish my studies first (I'm graduating this June). God i'm having a breakdown because of this. I have a Kid. I don;t know if i can leave them

Side Note: I have been paying Philippine Social Security System through the office here in San Fo, I have an UMID ID ( will that be usefull in proving im a filipino citizen??)

Not sure why you would pay into SSS.

 

Your birth certificate is enough to prove you are a citizen.

Paying SSS doesn't prove citizenship.
