My fiance needs to fill out the g325 forms and get them to me. After she signs it and fills the form out she will scan the form with the signature back into the computer and send it to me through email so I can print it out. Or we will fax it.

Is this ok to do since her signature is still on it? Or does the signature need to be the actual original, with her actual pin ink...

I know this might be a crazy question....but the government can be crazy, and I want to make sure.

I believe it has to be an original signature. My fiance is from Egypt and when we had to do the forms our lawyer faxed him the papers then he signed it and send it back by Fedex with his original signature. If i am wrong I am sure someone else will shed light on this. But i know our lawyer said we need original signatures. I wish you all the best on your journey!!

When I filed for the K-1 visa, I had the g-325s here with the signatures on them. Knowing no better, I sent copies in with the 129F  I received no R.F.E. I cringed while reading others post about getting RFEd for that. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't chance it, have her sign using another color ink, and bear down, so there is no question about it not being an original signature!

don't think your fiancee need to sign it right away when you're ready to send your completed I-129F. I filled out all G-325a forms but left the fiancee signature empty with the USCIS memorandum attached. I did sent mine on April 30, got NOA1 on May 23 with no RFE yet so far.

USCIS acknowledges this problem on HQSCOPS 70/6.2.11 memorandum released on November 1, 2005.

your fiancee at the beneficiary country can sign the forms later during the consulate interview.

That is quite an interesting piece of information. I would still recommend to the OP to get the original signatures as it seems there are so many inconsistancies within the USCIS, that I would not want to risk it if possible.
