Good Morning!  We received our  RFE asking for more evidence of our marriage. We dont file taxes together but he put my son on his taxes as single head of house hold. Could he use his taxes if my son name is on it and not the mines. Also I am.hearing something about check that you are a foreigner on your taxes. But it wasn't checked. We didn't submit td any taxes just saw online today they are request evidence. So really not sure what to hey want. I know we did have much evidence. He did want o do what I ask him to do so sent what I could.

Head of Household?  I advise you to check those requirements before trying that.  There is no box to check "if you are a foreigner" on tax forms.  Did you include any evidence of co-mingled finances?

What is a co-mingled finance? We did the k 1 visa now we filed the I 751 last year and so we just got the RFE. I saw it online just need to see the letter. We have never submit tax nor lease showing we live together, nor bills.in our name which we have none of that.I dont want to do nothing else. The marriage is over been over. He used me.bow he feels since he filed my son he ok..my name is not on any of the tax papers and it is done as single head of house hold. He ### so dumb. He never want to see papers when I filed just to sign. He acted uninterested. Saying he married me for love. Bs.
