Letter of Employmentfor AOS

Hi sorry for bother you all again but we are sending everything for the AOS , Is it okay if we dont send Letter of Employment? My husband says it is not neccesary , we are sending :

 

                         - Copies of Individual income Tax Return form 1040 for 2019
                         - Copies of Individual income Tax Return form 1040 for 2018
                         - Copies of Individual  income tax Return form 1040 for 2017
                         - Copies of Individual  income tax Return form 1040 for 2016  
                         - Copies of W2 wage and tax statement 2019
                         -Copies of W2 wage and tax statement 2018
                         - Copies of W2 wage and tax statement 2017                
                         - Copies of  6 month of pay stubs
                         - Copies of Tax Transcript 2019
                         - Copies of Tax Transcript 2018
                         - Copies of Tax Transcript 2017
                         - Copy of Birth Certificate
                         - Copy of Passport Biographic Page                         

And last question the affidavit of support form is the I-864  UNDER SECTION 213a Of the INA which expires 10/31/2021 I dont want to do something wrong ,thanks !!

1. Did he file any of those tax years as Married filing jointly?

2. What document did the amount he input in Part 6 Question 7 come from?

No we just married last year and the last one he did married but separately .he input  38109 why? is everything ok?

Where did he get $38109 FROM?

His most recent tax return or from a current employment verification letter?

What exact document does that exact amount come from?

Then I can go through your original list and tell you what you need and what you DON'T
