Thank you for answering.

The NOA is from the embassy so is a form I-171, and my case number is an LND number. Will this still be sufficient to send with i-485 package?

A slight correction to what you are explaining. Your I-130 petition was filed and approved by the USCIS office in London. That is not the “embassy” (Department of State) even though their offices are using space in the embassy building.  You have received something from USCIS-London stating your  petition for a relative has been approved.  A photocopy of that approval notice  would be submitted with the  three applications (AOS/EAD/AP). Normally when adjusting from a tourist visa or visa waiver, a petition is submitted concurrently with the AOS. Your approval notice will let them know your petition is already done. This is like when K1s adjust status. They gave to submit proof of an approved petition.

EDIT TO ADD: Your LND number is not applicable to applying for AOS. It is just a case number from the Dept of State for the visa application. Your are not pursuing a visa if you opt to adjust status. You need documentation from USCIS-London that your petition is approved.
