You will get a P3 once the embassy is back up processing. They have a limited staff on duty so not much will get completed during this time.  I might be able to help you with a P3 but your profile is not complete with what visa and what country. Please complete your profile.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Thank you. I have a timeline K1 visa (Haiti)

Where does it say that in your profile? I for one would not dig through all your information to unearth that important tidbit. Reading a little closer to what I asked was timeline and country. Yes, one would skip the timeline as it's completed but what about the more important bit of information, the country. Each embassy is different and I have over 50 P3's and would never know which to use to help you. I hope you understand and would go ahead and add your country. Thanks.

If you look at others who have completed their profile you'll see a FLAG for their country. Here is my profile. See the FLAG. Watch the video and it will show you what to do. This is so simple.

Thank you. This makes it so much easier for people to help you when they can, without effort, determine your embassy and give you a factual answer. Most embassies have different processes for their adjudication process so to be accurate with our information having a complete profile speeds up our work.

Here is what I have on Haiti. https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ht_fr/index.html?firstTime=No

Start by completing and submitting the DS-160. Print out the confirmation page. Then follow the instructions on how to pay your visa fee http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ht/ht-niv-paymentinfo.asp ) After you pay the fee at SogeExpress,  The next day you will be able to schedule the interview. From then once you have the confirmation sheet for your scheduled interview you can provide that to one of the listed DR's to schedule your medical. This link is very helpful http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Haiti&cty=Port-au-Prince   Also contact the embassy and have them email packet 3 to you but start the process as outlined above while you are waiting for the P3, although there is nothing special in it but you still need it for medical and apparently for the police certificate also because for some reason they ask for that the embassy letter to get you the certificate.

You probably won’t be able to get medical done without packet 3, the embassy will probably send it to you through mail or email depends on what info they have. What I recommend is call the embassy from the US it's +17035447842 and from Haiti +50928122929. When you call they will probably tell you if they have your case and will tell you to wait 2 weeks to call back if you don’t receive packet 3.  Or you can send an email to support-haiti@ustraveldocs.com what that will do is create an inquiry where they will answer in 1-2 days and most likely will send you packet 3 in that response. Just make sure you put case number, petitioner and beneficiary’s name, and birth date.  Just tell them you want the packet 3 by email and specify the email you want them to send it to in your email to them.

Medical is expensive and with vaccines, the cost is $440. The prices are listed on packet 3 and it is $265 without vaccines, but should always take with vaccines to save money later, because you will have to take them eventually and are way more expensive in the U.S. Check the P3 letter for updated costs.
