Hello everyone and thanks in advance. I would like to know if i need to send the original birth certificate, divorce certificate and marriage certificate instead of copies.?

-do i need to disclose my fiancee has a son even he lives with his ex wife and have no plans of bringing him to usa.?

-is this still consider a k1 or k3 because he has a soon even he isn’t bringing his son with him.?

Everything is in copy, no original until interview.

Yes, you need to list all children.

It is K1.
