Hi All,

VJ has helped us quite a bit in the past on getting information while going through this painful process. We have a couple of questions for the good folks out here.

We are in the process of getting together the evidence in order to file I-751. Here are the two questions we have:

1. We have joint tax returns for the last 3 years. We have always filed electronically through H&R Block. Because of this, although we have copies that can be printed out, the signatures are missing. Are the documents still considered valid for evidence purposes if the tax return copies do not have an actual hand written signature? The copies do show that they were filled out by H&R Block.

2. About 2 months ago, we moved from NJ to WA when we changed jobs. We are currently living in our in-laws house while we try to look for a place to buy. This means that our rental agreements are from NJ, although we will be filing the I-751 with a WA address. Any problems sending out the previous rental agreements since we don't have one for the current place?

Thank you all for any help.

Get tax transcripts from IRS for the last 3 years. They will show you filed and paid. 1-800 829- 1040.

24/7 and free. Takes about 7-14 days.

ITRs without signatures will work also but Tax transcripts are more valid!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
