does any one know any good lawyer that is expert on rejected immigrant visas , if some one knows please give me their site address , my visa is denied and i am in search for some good immigration attorney

Was your visa "outright denied" and being sent back to your service center or are you on Administrative Review?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I am sorry to hear that, but what are the reasons for the visa denial?

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I am sorry to hear that, but what are the reasons for the visa denial?

i am denied under section 221 (g) saying that " YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVE THAT UR RELATION WITH UR PETETIONER IS NOT SOLELY FOR IMMIGRATION TO UNITED STATES AND THATS WHY WE ARE SENDING YOUR CASE BACK TO NVC FOR FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS THAT IT BE REVOKED"

and yes i am waiting for NOIR its more then 2 months and i am still didnt hear a damn thing for NVC or USCIS about NOIR , i am collection and compiling proof but i need some good immigration attorney coz i dont want to take any risk with NOIR , so thats why i was asking for good and expert immigration attorney that handles these kind of cases .

there are good ones like holmes and lolley

and also immigration attorney lana she practices in oh, cal , mississipi

i hope u can get thru google search

do let me know else i will get the their numbers next time .

My husband's visa was "denied" in February. I'm working with Scott Mossman in California. Because immigration is a federal case, any attorney can represent you. Scott specializes in denials of family based petitions and is reasonable in his price. His web site is www.mossmanlaw.com. If this doesn't work, google him under Scott Mossman Immigration Attorney.

i have talked to scott, he told me wait for Noir and then contact me and he was not giving me any gurantee along with the list of proof i told him he said 2500$ , i can also answer my noir by my self but i dont want to take any risk , thats why i am in search of lawyer anyways i found out on lawyer she was able to stop my case in consulate level , they are open to us to send them evidence of our marriage and now consulate is demanding proof from me and my wife i have sent my proof to my lawyer on monday and my wife is sending it tomrrow so we are pretty sure consulate will agreee with us ,

so pray for us God bless us all Amin
