Hello we are getting our i-485 ready to be filed. We applied for a k1 visa and also needed the 601  212 waiver. All were approved we are together in the US and have already married. On part 8 Page 11 of the I-485 Criminal Acts and Violations section we have some questions. My wife had gotten a DUI when she had previously lived in the USA, all fines and requirements were paid before she left the country. On numbers 25-30 should we put yes for everything and then explain about the DUI, will we need to attach any further info or proof of the DUI. One more question that has a confused is we live in New Jersey where a DUI is not considered an arrest but a traffic offense. Would we be better putting No for these answers but explaining her DUI on the Additional info page.

Thank you in advance
