Does making 3 certified copies of my birth certificate mean that I need to go to the register of deeds at my place of birth a get 3 official birth certificates to send with my petition, and one for me ,and my fiance???? Or does certified mean something else? Can someone please clear this up for me...I got this information under K-1 visa tips on this website..

Am I going to need to send the I 134 with supporting evidence and the my birth certificate and copy of my NOA 2 and 1, and everything else by Mail? Im planning on filing the petition this week...if the interview isn't until after October I can just bring the documents to her when I visit in October...Do you think the interview will be after October if I file now or before??

Thanks and hope you can understand all this :))

???... a bank, an accountant????doubtful

A certified copy is where the issuing authority certifies it as being a true copy of the original that they have in their book of records. They will provide a copy that has a seal, signature and date making this certification.

You only need one certified copy. Just run it thru a copying machine showing the certification seal and send the copy to USCIS or whoever.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
