you need to create your account here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do and add your case and you can also keep email/mobile alerts when ever case status changes it will notify you .

thanks @snny2020. @Raknah Sorry for bugging you. In the case history for you, does it say your case was approved? This is what I see in my history. Does it mean my case is approved or still opened? Thanks for your patience and feedback.

You have to check your I290B status..

Here is my timeline.. First I290B was approved and then it took several days for I-129 to be approved.

Either wait for some more days to get your I129 results or pls check your I290B case history.

Here is my timeline:

April 2019 lottery

May 2019 - petition selected notice

Oct 2019 - RFE request received/responded to

Nov 2019 - H1B denied

Dec 2019 - Appeal filed

Jan 2020 - AAO received the appeal

July 7th 2020 - Appeal was Approved (I-290B)

July 7th 2020 - Case Was Relocated From Administrative Appeals Office To USCIS Originating Office (I-290B and I-129)

July 31st 2020 - Case was Approved (I-129)

July 31st 2020 Case Was Reopened (I-129)

Aug 17th 2020 - Received my I797B

As far as I know, all case will have case history. your case seems really unique.

did you check both I290B case and I129 case status?

Pls google and make sure you are using the correct website.

Patience is key. It was almost a 2 years wait for me.

other than above History i don't see any other history,

do you mind sharing link to check case status for i290b and i290 or else if you can share any instructions page that would help me to check my status

Why are you not checking I290B status? I290B has a different case number and I129 will have a different case number.. Please check the status of your I290B, not I129.

It is different from I129...

"You have to manually add your I290B case number to the portal."

If you have your I290B case number, you have to manually add it to the portal to see its history.

I cant find the steps.. it should be pretty straightforward if you read the instructions in the portal on how to add a new case and type the case number and click add.

Hello All,

I have been following this thread for sometime and this has been really helpful for me to know more details about the possibilities of the Appeal outcome and time frames. I feel updating my case scenario also helps someone. Please find my case status updates for Appeal receipt number. My Form I129 case number shows what happened with my I129 and i guess i have to track that from now to see for future updates.

Its the same site where you created for I129 account. If you cannot add a new case, delete the old case and add a new case with you I290B. You can also create a new account with new email id, if you want.

Site address fyi

https://my.uscis.gov/

I have added both I-290 and I-290B but i don't see any latest history on my case
