My case was remanded on 6/30/2020. No updates until now(1/22/2020). Case inquiry was sent on 1/18/2021, no updates neither

04-12-2019 - Pettition

06-01-2019 - rfe

08- 27-2019 - reponded rfe

09-06-2019 - denied

10-31-2019 - Appeal

07-31-2020 - The Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) transferred your Form I-129,

 

after 4 month of nothing, raised service request on 12-06-2020

if you have premium processing, raise service request 

12-07-2020 - reopened

12-11-202 - Approved

May I know any status changes for your remand? Mine was remanded since 6/30/2020, still no updates till now 4/12/2021.

@namesfhkllv Yes, I had apply for a enquiry on the case and then My case Reopend and got approved on January 25th.

April 26, 2021 Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed

April 26, 2021 We approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

March 11, 2021 We received your response for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

December 15, 2020 We sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

December 11, 2020 We reopened your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

December 11, 2020 We reviewed your appeal for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and decided to reopen or reconsider our denial of your case.

October 25, 2019 We denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

October 15, 2019 We received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Vermont Service Center location.

April 11, 2019 We received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

Nov2021 - RFE requested

Jan 2022 - Denied Form I-129 (H1B) 

Feb 2022 - Filed Appeal

Jun 3, 2022 - AAO sustained appeal (lawyer received the document)

Still waiting for I797 - It's been almost 3 months since I am waiting on the I797

 

Does anyone have recommendations on what should be my next steps to find the timeline. For some reason, the case status has not updated on either I-129/I290B.

I am currently at 188 days since the appeal was filed, I received the sustained notice on June 3rd. Do you recommend I raise a service request for I290 so USCIS could take some action on the file AAO returned to USCIS?

@lipi94377 I would recommand to raised a service request. In my Case: I got update within two weeks of my service request because I had premium processing on my H1 so it moved pretty fast after the service request was raised.

@Sourabhi @IvP@DeerajReddy@Raknah@MeenaNukala Thank you for sharing your timelines. It is super helpful. I had a quick question. Were you able to get a timeline for receiving the approval letter by calling USCIS on the case?

@Sourabhi I have another question on the approval. Was the H1b Start date backdated than your approval date? I am trying to figure if I can switch companies on OPT and transfer the H1b when it comes through

@lipi94377 It wasn't backdated My H1 was approved Jan 27th  2021 and My start date was from 25th Jan 2021.
