If I was married and divorced and I waited and applied for N400 on the 5 year naturalization basis do I have to present my Divorce and Marriage certificate?

We logged on to our husband's case today and it is not displaying a case completion date. Does this mean the case is moving? Should we be happy about it? The completion date showed before as October 2020.

He hasn't even had his biometrics taken. His appoinment was for April and was cancelled due to Covid. He hasn't received anything from them yet. My husband called last week and they told him to call this week since it would be 90 days since the office reopened so they could give his case to a manager.

Oh waw, its going to be a little longer, I can tell the WPB office is trying their best to push the cases through by even doing the appointments same day. Hope he gets a manager on it or even an update soon.

I don't usually write in groups, but regarding USCIS we never have clear information about how the processing time is going even more during this time of covid that everything slowed down.

My USCIS office is West Palm Beach

-I sent my application on February 25/2020
-was received on February 26/2020
-appointment for biometrics on March 17/2020
-7 months of silence from USCIS
- (as a miracle today October 22/2020 ) I receive electronic notification, they have scheduled an interview for naturalization -- I don't know what the date of the interview is, but it is usually 2 or 3 weeks ahead.

I hope my case helps you get a better idea of how the processing times are at the Palm Beach office.

The good thing about all this is that at least we already know that the cases are moving.

Now if I still have to wait 1 more month for the interview and take the oath the same day, good for me.

Because remember that in previous years you had to wait for months to be assigned a date for taking the oath.

Good vibes to all who have received the notification that we have been assigned a date for an interview.

Good luck in the test. And keep us updated if you passed the interview and take the oath.

Thank you everyone
