This may be a stretch but I wanted to get all the West Palm Beach FL members who are filing or have filed, and are still waiting, to join this forum. 

It's a great way to keep updated on the West Palm Beach office and how fast they are processing our applications.

My husband submitted his application on March 11. The Biometrics appointment is scheduled for April 2. Good luck everyone.

Anyone from West Palm Beach FL who filed in December 2019 or before still waiting to hear word back about scheduling an interview?

I just saw on FB that someone got Oath ceremony in West Palm Beach, so hope so they will send us a Interview soon.

I called USCIS today asking for an update. They said they requested an interview date for me since January but haven't received any dates yet from the West Palm Beach field office. 

The guy said they are in the process now of rescheduling oath taking and those who had cancelled interviews. Once that backlog is cleared then normal scheduling will resume.

Well I am starting to believe that all this will be done as my estimate time says December 2020. By the time they start processing I dont espect my Interview to be before August, even if it was canceled for April 28th. 😖

I reached out to my Congressman to inquire on the happenings at the West Palm Beach field office. I was given the most generic response about being within normal processing times even though I sent a screenshot of my application "taking longer than normal" message. 

Basically, he never bothered to check. He used my filing date to compare against the USCIS Processing Times data for N400 which inaccurately showed June 19, 2019 at the time. I explained that online filing has greatly improved the processing times and even a Tier 2 officer explained that the details generated are inaccurate; that fell on deaf ears. 😕

I was then told to reach out to the Congressman only if I was experiencing some type of hardship or a change in my current situation and they'd be more than happy to take a look. 

So far, one person on the N400 Facebook group shared they got called about oath ceremony for Palm Beach so at least I know things are moving....just no interview scheduling yet. 🙄

It's radio silence from West Palm Beach field office for interview scheduling....no one at USCIS has realistic answers 🙄
