It still begs the question: why did the government believe it was true? Who had told Horst Seehofer this was true? I am still waking up and haven't seen the latest.

   At the beginning, many people were politicizing this and not realizing how serious this could get. I think we are starting to get past that, except for a few holdouts. 

 

  I  was critical of the administrations initial response, but they are taking things seriously and doing much better at the moment. Many other countries are in the same position. Once we get past the blaming, politicizing and panicking, and accept we are probably in this for the long haul but that we can get through it, things will change. I hope anyway. 

 

  The virus doesn't care if we are liberal or conservative. It's something we all need to put aside for now too. Hopefully it won't be too long before getting back to debating which politician sucks the most seems important.
