Hey guys! I applied for my mom to come to the states back in July 2019. I have moved since then from Pennsylvania to Colorado. I have changed the address with USCIS.

My question is, does changing address change the application center for her case. Does it delay the process because i haven't heard from USCIS since the first notice i got when i filed the i-130

No. Service Centers are not base on one's location of residence.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

Filed same month and nothing yet so not unusual. Especially Nebraska
