So I will be sponsoring my wife, I currently have a greencard. I want to know the income requirement, I earn 1099 income. My 1099 income for last two years was 65k per year but after deductions it’s around 21k. I want to know which income does USCIS use?

Hi. Your income need to be $21,550 .. This means You and your wife .. 2 people = $21,550 .. This is only for 2 people .. If you have more people when you filed tax then you need more income .. I hope right now you filed tax as single .. so this will be enough for you and your wife .. $21,550
