Hi there I keep getting an “application error please try again” every time I attempt to upload my civil documents on CEAC does anyone know why this is happening? It’s a scanned PDF format under 2MB.... I’m confused and don’t know what to do

Hi,

maybe you could try to change server .
for me , Firefox was the only one working .

Safari, google chrome etc didn’t worked .
plus you have to be fast as the CEAC disconnect after 15 mn of inactivity.

i hope it help

good luck ! 🍀

People have been having this same problem lately also. All I can recommend is either wait 24 hours and just keep trying again and again.

I had the same problem uploading documents from my computer. I disconnected my phone from the wifi and automatically connected to my phone company (Metro PCS). I downloaded the files to the phone and from the phone I was able to upload all the documents to CEAC. So it's a problem with the server of the company that gives us the internet to the pc.

I am having the same issue. Unable to upload any documents. This has been going on since yesterday and its still broken. I am trying to upload a corrected document because they rejected the previous.

To be precise, below is the message I am getting while trying to upload the documents via NVC site:

I have used every browser know to man and messed with all security settings, but nothing works.

Customer service is nonexistent at NVC. Plus they have a pretty incompetent IT staff because this website is pathetic.

Goverment uses windows ans Microsoft edge (just like they used to use internet explorer.) They're not in the habit of downloading internet programs.
