This is what we plan to take on thursday, does anybody think we need more? I am only taking copies of things where indicated:

ID

- Interview Notice

- USC Wife - Driving License

- Non-USC applicant (me!! :dance:) - Driving License

- Non-USC applicant birth certificate and copy

Updated I-864 - primary sponsor

- I-864

- I-864A - by non-USC applicant (we have been living together for more than 6 months)

- 2005 joint tax return and copy

- All W-2s and copies

- Job letters and copies

- USC Birth Certificate and copy

Joint Sponsor

- 2005 W-2 and copy

- Original Birth Certificate and copy

Previous Immigration Docs

- J1 Visa, DS-2019s and proof of not being subject to HRR and copies

- F1 Visa, I20s and copies

Current Immigration docs

- Non-USC passport and copy of relevant pages

- I-129F NOA and approval

- AOS/EAD NOA

- AOS/EAD Biometrics

Evidence

- Original marriage certificate and copy

- Original police certicate from K-1 application and copy (just in case)

- Joint Account statements and copies

- Cable company letter showing my wife (ths USC) is named and able to make changes to our account.

- Proof of joint car insurance and copies

- Proof of joint renters insurance with same company and copies

- 2 Copies of apartment lease (landlord has only original)

- Letter from landlord and copy (confirming we are both tenants).

- Pictures for them to keep if they wish

- Wedding and other pictures not for them to keep.

Jul 21.....Fly to JFK-EAD Stamp

Sep 17...MARRIED!

Oct 20....I-94 expires

Oct 22....Mailed AOS/EAD

Oct 24....Receipt date

Nov 2.....AOS/EAD NOA date-rec'd Nov 4 via USPS.

Nov 4.....Checks cashed/Touched (AOS/EAD).

Nov 12...Rec'd AOS bio appt notice.

Nov 23...AOS Biometrics They also did EAD as I had my NOA, Sioux Falls, SD.

Dec 30....Rec'd AOS Interview Notice

AOS 06

Jan 9......EAD approved, email notice to say card ordered

Jan 11....EAD touched/email to say approval notice has been mailed

Jan 14....Rec'd EAD in mail

Mar 30....AOS Interview in St Paul, MN APPROVED!!

Apr 03....Welcome to America Notice rec'd & AOS 'Touched'

Apr 04....Email to say GC ordered

Apr 10....GC arrives in mail

Apr 11....Order new SS card without notation and rec new DL. I live here now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

*03.18.06 NOA1 for AOS & EAD (notice date 03.08.06)

*04.15.06 he had his Biometric taken

*04.17.06 EAD & AOS touched

*05.03.06 AOS touched again & case transfered to CALIFORNIA.

*05.12.06 EAD APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*05.16.06 AOS touched again!!!!!

*05.17.06 EAD approval notice mail it, from USCIS office...and AOS touched again....

*06.12.06 AOS APPROVED

*06.19.06 we received my husband's GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!

Looks great, I'd probably secure a letter from a friend too just for mind's ease.

26 January 2005 - Entered US as visitor from Canada.
16 May 2005 - Assembled health package, W2s.
27 June 2005 - Sent package off to Chicago lockbox.
28 June 2005 - Package received at Chicago lockbox.
11 July 2005 - RFE: cheques inappropriately placed.
18 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-485, I-131, I-765 received!
19 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-130 received!
24 August 2005 - Biometrics appointment (Naperville, IL).
25 August 2005 - AOS touched.
29 August 2005 - AP, EAD, I-485 touched.
15 September 2005 - AP and EAD approved!
03 February 2006 - SSN arrives (150 days later)
27 February 2006 - NOA 2: Interview for 27 April!!
27 April 2006 - AOS Interview, approved after 10 minutes!
19 May 2006 - 2 year conditional green card.
01 May 2008 - 10 year green card arrives.
09 December 2012 - Assembled N-400 package.
15 January 2013 - Sent package off to Phoenix.
28 January 2013 - RFE: signature missing.
06 February 2013 - NOA 1: N-400 received!
27 February 2013 - Biometrics appointment (Detroit, MI).
01 April 2013 - NOA 2: Interview assigned.

15 May 2013 - Naturalization Interview, approved after 15 minutes.

10 June 2013 - Naturalized.

January 4, 2006 - received in Chicago

January 27, 2006 - RFE for medical received

February 13, 2006 - Medical received

February 15, 2006 - Biometrics appointment at 10 am

March 1, 2006 - AP touched

March 4, 2006 - AP received

March 8, 2006 - EAD received

March 29, 2006 - interview notice received - May 31, 2006

May 31, 2006 - Successful interview!!! Approved

June 12, 2006 - Green card received

Feb 28, 2008 - will be sending removal of conditions docs.
