unfortunately I can't call on toll free number as I live outside of US (I am from Kazakhstan) and my Fiance (USC) is out of USA now (businesstrip). Hopefully someone who is in US now can call them :)

Perhaps the service centers are mired down in sending out corrections to their phone numbers.

I mailed my I-129F to NSC on 5/24 and received electronic receipt on 5/25 signed by F. Heinour. My check has been cashed yet and now I'm wondering if my package got sent to California or if its still sitting in Nebraska somewhere. Do you think I should call Nebraska or California and find out if they know anything or is it just toooooo soon?

Does your case number begin with WAC?

If not, then my guess is your case is still in Nebraska.

I don't even have a case number yet. Until the check clears I can't look on the back of the check. How long do you think I should wait before I call? It's been 25 days.

I called today, after waiting ½ hr I finally spoke with a woman who sounded totally clueless. First she said they were updating the websites because of errors ….then she said they were sending the I-129F’s to CSC because they were the fastest when I told her that only the NSC listed the processing times she said “oh maybe their sending them all to the NSC “, “ but madam you just said they were sending them to CSC “ bottom line I’m more confused now then I was before I called. :help:

Seriously, if she said something like that I would have asked her to get someone who actually knows what's going on. If I had any minutes left on my cell phone I'd call too.

Divorced. To hell with him.
