maybe the reason why we have seen so little movement lately is that they have been "moving house" and now everything is in Nebraska. Just a thought.

God help us if that is the case.

Maybe there will be some upcoming announcement? I guess we'll have to stay tuned.

It means there is no vacancy....all I-129F processing is suspended until 2035 to control the US population. Kidding!

Who knows...speculating doesn't do any good...all you can do is wait....like me.

You mean the illegals took all the slots for the next 25 years?

We need some "comprehensive immigration reform" death penalty by hanging if you hire an illegal. That would keep them from coming here and get rid of all that are here now.

Did you look at kengumbo's new stats? UGH!!!!!! I'm yellow surrounded in a sea of green!

Don't worry we are another small yellow cell next to you.... I will be so mad if they move all our cases to Nebraska. If it brings NOA-2 for us next week - Great! If it will bring delay-!!!!! than my Fiance will call to Congresman... as they can't do treat us like that! people have their plans for weddings, etc... It is unfair!

I think basically they can do whatever they want to do unfortunately. I just can't see how they could have all those petitions go through one service center. According to the Vermont service center, they aren't doing I-129F petitions either.

Well, I don't think they're worried about anyone's wedding plans. I can't imagine how this will speed up our approvals. Maybe it will for those behind us, but for us I can only imagine that they will have to set-up shop before beginning any adjudications. :(

I guess VSC filers will be in the same boat as the rest now.

One would assume there would be touches, but with the past 2 months being so sporadic and unreliable in terms of the data entry and notices, who knows.

If on the other hand they are moving them, we have to remember that Nebraska historically (until spring of last year) was doing the K-1's and this will only be a move for them.

I wouldn't start dreaming doomsday just yet, the service centers have made errors before in their reporting. Hopefully if there has been a change they will make a press release within the next week.

I have seen lot of touches last week. But I wouldn't think that is because they are moving me from CSC to some other service center.

I would agree, if that were the case EVERYONE would be seeing them. Right now the touches seem to be in line with the usual adjudication time periods. I have 68 days into the process, I'm not going to seriously start looking until day 90 or so.
