Does anyone know why USCIS didn't include I-129F on Processing Times upated page as at 15 June 2007? I checked CSC status and didn't find I-129F... Why  They are not working with I-129F now?

It means there is no vacancy....all I-129F processing is suspended until 2035 to control the US population. Kidding!

Who knows...speculating doesn't do any good...all you can do is wait....like me.

Since all the K1's from the Nebraska and the Texas SC's are being sent to the CSC maybe they were too swamped to stop and determine the latest dated application for the update. (Let's hope) I hope they just keep moving and geting our apps approved as quickly as posible.

Very strange...Is it at all possible that Nebraska is going to be the only service center doing I-129F's for the time being? Who knows the reason why that might be.

Just looked at the California service center website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00048f3d6a1RCRD

They are showing nothing for I-129F petitions anymore.

Wow, something must be going on huh? Vermont doesn't have the I-129F listed listed either. It was my understanding from their press release last year that the TSC/NSC petitions were to be moved to CSC temporarily at that time. The mailing instructions were never changed on the forms when the new form came out in February, so that would make sense that it would be/was temporary. I guess it is rather unexpected though to not see processing times for Vermont and California. I'm sure we'll hear something in the next week about it.

Also: the USCIS press release from May 23rd ? indicated that they were "supposed" to have the data entry and notification system back on track by June 15th. That was all part of the "unprecedented" numbers of the H1B petitions being processed.

What is interesting on the NSC case status is that they "claim" to be at February 12th with the petitions, which I suppose is better than November or December....but with the missing info from the other Service Centers it is hard to believe anything.

I'll keep praying and crossing fingers.
