The whole story here is going to come under scrutiny during ROC. The mother sending money to the USC while you were living abroad, the alleged abuse but "now we're cool" claim, this is riddled with red flags - that is how USCIS is going to see it. Coronavirus is really the least of your worries.

Also, you're not telling your family, but somehow your mother was sending money to the USC while you weren't even in the US? Your story is very confusing, and USCIS is going to notice. If you are the one with the resources/money, why even move back in with a person you intend to divorce? Get your own place immediately if money isn't a problem.

The thing is,  I left America 1 year before our apartment leasing expires. He could not afford the apartment by himself. We have 2 cars. Even with the abuse ( and Im gonna talk more about that ), Im not the kinda of person who would just say " Hey, im leaving you. so you pay all the bills" .... I have responsibilities. I know my part of the bills were about $1000 a month...so I left the apartment and I was sending money to him all those last 9 months.....If I did not send money to him, I don't know what could have happened to him. maybe he would figure out a solution, but I would be felling guilty forever.

So I prefer to send the money. The leasing ends soon, and im gonna be done with it.

I was not working abroad, so my parents paid my bills....

Yes, I should not move back with him..... u are right

but my story is not confusing, maybe is just the way im writing here, my English is not the best!
