Hi

What is the best way to send form i130 package to USCIS- Box or envelope?? Is there any need to bubble wrap the application? What all details are required to be written on the envelope or Box?

Thanks!

I've never heard or read anything about people sending it via box but I could be wrong. I put my envelope into a thick shipping one.

Don't forget to mark your envelope inside with the nature of your submission, for example "Original Submission". And with the form number, example "I-130"

So Write: Original Submission

                  I-130

I think for mine I put Petitioner name and Beneficiary Name on the envelope also I cant quite remember.

Have you made your Cover Letter for the I-130 yet?

Best of Luck :)

For shipping just ship it to where it says to ship depending on where you live and where your filing. The Envelope inside what is written is whats important that USCIS will read. The shipping one is just to get it where it needs to go to USCIS to file your petition.

Unless you are sending something that’s easily breakable, no need to bubble wrap. FYI, USCIS doesn’t accept anything that’s breakable like usb sticks, glass picture frames, laptops.
