Question regarding marriage certificate to upload with ds 260

I took it with me to interview and a copy of it was sent with the I-130.  I was not asked for it at interview nor did I send it with the civil documents as those are beneficiary documents.  In your case since your husband is the beneficiary then the divorce decree should be sent with his civil documents. 

K1 generally are asked for all original divorce decrees, regardless of beneficiary or petitioner but IR1/CR1 are not.
