A 'Never Biden' movement vows not to vote for Joe

There's no question it’s been a banner two weeks for Biden. But lurking in the background of his sudden ascension to all-but-presumptive nominee is evidence that at least some Bernie Sanders supporters might not migrate to him in November, weakening him in the general election.

The significance of the problem became apparent in the same string of primaries that put Biden on the cusp of the nomination.

In Michigan — a state critical to Democrats’ efforts to reclaim their general election footing in the Rust Belt — just 2 of 5 Sanders backers said they would vote Democratic in November, regardless of who became the nominee, according to exit polls. Four in five said they'd be dissatisfied with Biden as the Democratic standard-bearer.

Though it's unclear how widespread or adamant the #NeverBiden contingent is — will they really stay home when the alternative is another four years of President Donald Trump? — the misgivings at least put the Biden campaign on notice that it has significant work to do to bring along Sanders' base.

The ONE reason why Biden is the front runner is because 3 candidates who aligned with Biden ideologically, dropped out before Super Tuesday,  giving their votes to Biden.. The move was calculated and executed by the Democratic establishment who did not want Bernie to be the nominee.

 

As for elect-ability, Biden has no chance of winning that I can see, the man has NO vision and NO message that appeals to voters, His cognitive decline is a big issue, its painful to watch and voters are worried about his ability to lead.. His so called "Gaffes" are not Gaffes at all, but rather signs of dementia, so it appears.. And to make matters worse, he has a anger management problem, calling voters names like "Fat" and "Horses as*"  Telling one voter "let's go outside",  And this is the guy who says he want's to bring civility and decency back to the White House?  COME ON MAN!  LOL

 

What I see is a tired old man being propped up by the Democratic party,  Biden is in a wheel chair and the party is doing their best to push him across the finish line.  

 

As for Trump, he's a trash talking New Yorker,  and he can be jerk at times, but he's a successful jerk, and when it comes right down to it, (Ideology aside) I'd rather vote for a successful jerk than a politically correct politician who doesn't have all his ores in the water.

I've said it hundreds of times before.  One of the main reasons people dislike Trump is because he is a typical New Yorker (as in NYC).

What is really sad is that people who align with him have been helping cover up his gaffes and dementia. They have been doing doing this by saying that he is "suffering from stuttering not cognitive decline". Which I have had several people tell me this the past week on our local FB page.

If Democrats are going to use an excuse, that's a pretty good one actually, considering how much ignorance there is on the subject..  I'm 59 and I've been a Stutterer for 54 years, beginning at age 5, I suffered from the social disease just like Joe has, but Joe's the lucky one, he overcame it and to his credit he's led a long and successful career in politics, without a doubt he's a role model for other stutterers.. With that said, Joe's cognitive issues are NOT associated with Stuttering. Telling voters he's running for the US Senate or that 150 Million people died from gun violence, or that he was arrested in South Africa when he wasn't, that's NOT a stuttering problem, that's a memory problem!.. Winston Churchill was a Stutterer and so was Marilyn Monroe, I don't recall either of them having issues anywhere close to what Joe has.. 

 

But Democrats and the media need to give Joe's gaffes a reason, a reason that will receive empathy and not criticism... It's funny, that just last year in the early primary, the media and other candidates were all over Joe, suggesting he has early signs of Dementia, that he's "losing it" but now these same people are making excuses for him, and have resorted to shaming others who question Joe's behavior.
